The blocks are extrovert U-Shape structure creating external courts either between the fingers of each single block or between each two adjacent block. Elegantly designed with different views to the internal and external courtyards.
All rooms are typical located on both sides of the central corridor viewing the central courtyard from outside and external yard from other side.
The blocks are identical for ease of construction and management; U-Shape is adapted and the blocks are arranged to create a variety of semi-private and common courtyards.
Triple story blocks are provided with necessary linen/ housekeeping stores, (2) garbage room and (3) Janitors at each level in addition to the necessary MEP rooms and shafts.
Staff rooms 216 Nos for each building.
Double loaded corridors and provided with variety of transitional lobbies to interrupt monotony of long paths.
Emergency staircases are strategically located to cater for the capacities and travel distance as required by safety codes.
The facades are shaped allowing to enrich harmony and monotony, without effecting the construction method. Rooms are neatly designed to the optimum utilization yet quality of spaces.
