The project consists of constructing the Alphand Meitner School Group, which includes a reception and management center, a teaching center, an activity center, and a support center.
The facades are made of prefabricated architectural concrete panels attached to the main structure.
The building site is part of the three sites of excellence launched by the federation of the Btp Cfa Haute-Garonne.

Challenges
Â
The challenges and success factors of the project were the prefabricated façade panels that were installed and attached to the supporting structure with Halfen FPA and HFV systems.
We're proud to have met the deadlines and overcome the architectural constraints involved in the project (especially for the façade panels).
BIM and Tekla Structures allowed us to better manage the modifications of the different lots during the project's progress with the possibility of inserting the models of other lots on our model.Â
Tekla helped us pay particular attention to certain critical details of the project, such as beam crossings, reinforcement of cantilevered floors, etc., for better fluidity of execution on site.Â
Modeling Halfen fasteners between the prefabricated facade panels and the supporting structure with Tekla helped us to reduce the risk of errors.

Main role of NOVATEC:
Detailer
We collaborated with the GBMP construction company and provided them with IFC files. We have started tests on a system of control onsite by augmented reality with the hope of future onsite implementation.
