Core-skeletal facility

We are pleased to present a core-skeletal facility. The main structure is a column-beam frame that is constant throughout the height of the building. The foundations of the building are reinforced concrete piles topped with a 3-meter-thick slab.
 
The second equally important part of the project is the floor slabs that rotate with each successive level at a small angle, which results in an amazing effect. We were inspired by existing buildings with similar architecture, for example, in the United Arab Emirates or Sweden.
 
The entire structure has been precisely reinforced and thought out. Due to the increase in concrete strength and improvement of execution technology, it is possible to construct buildings such as this.
