The Le Meridien project is situated at Mina Seyahi overlooking the palm islands, the project is a hotel building comprising 30 floors plus a mechanical floor, lower Roof and an upper Roof.
The building covers around 20,000 square meters of twisted perforation cladding, composite cladding, curtain wall, inclined point fix balustrades, lift & Slide doors, sliding folding doors, acoustic louvers all done to international specifications.
The project scope is to design and build the entire façade elements to meet global standards, among which the twisted perforation cladding was a complicated façade element for which Tekla software was used to precision. The software was efficient in its application which brought down the time required for engineering and fabrication.
The use of the software was a great success and we would definitely recommend using them for complicated structures.
