The houses form is along one side of the common, city like courtyard. The project Grindstugeparken includes three apartment buildings, holds 80 apartments, 33-93 sqm. The buildings are provided with 6, 4m and 2 stairwells. Whole project has approximately 8193 sqm. The property will be executed using the "Design and Build" rule. This method requires very good coordination and smooth information exchange between entire project team. Grindstugeparken park will be classified according to the Green Building Silver level.
