Following the growing demand for prefabricated concrete products and the constant desire to innovate, GMS (Group Mendes Solutions) moved forward with constructing a new industrial unit and logistics center in Pombal, Portugal.
This new production unit is equipped with the latest prefabricated concrete production technology. Its distinguishing feature is huge capacity underground aggregate tanks equipped with conveyor belts and automatic weighing.
This new unit will enable GMS to triple its production of light prefabricated goods and position itself as one of the main players in the production of special prefabricated goods in Portugal. The logistics zone was designed and optimized to enable the operation of hundreds of trucks per day.
