This project is for a production factory, with an approximate area of 4600 m2 located in the city of Barranquilla. It contains some areas in the upper levels destined for offices and laboratories giving a total area of 3188 m2.
This project is built with different steel elements such as pipes, IPE, HEA, angles, profiles, among others. The main elements are made up of its columns made of HEA, tied with some structural pipe beams. Its roof is made up of trusses built with tubular elements and sheets for its connections. Its purlins are made with C-shaped profiles with some perforations for their junctions with the trusses.
95% of the connections in the project are designed to be bolted on site, in order to reduce assembly time, optimizing the development of the project.
