Multi-Storey Car Park

The aim of this project was to design and fabricate precast concrete elements such as: beams, columns, hollow core slabs, solid walls and stairs.

Design, both monolithic and precast, was prepared in Tekla Structures which made it possible to coordinate the complete design in 3D. Thanks to this we were able to eliminate any collisions between precast and monolithic construction. The biggest challenge was reinforcement in the columns, especially in cantilevers.     

Special challenges

The special challenge was to design expansion joints between hollow core slabs.      

 

What made the project succesfull?

Cooperation between designers and assistants working together in 3D technology.
