This project is about completing the construction of a multimodal station in MONS, Belgium. The work had already started, and Martifer had to finish it while the station was in full operation.

All the works have their inherent difficulties. In this case, the regular specificity of a project was combined by entering a job that had already started. Part of the metal structure was already assembled, while others would be assembled in several months. With the space in full operation and restrictions on all available space, safety and coordination rules for handling loads and structure were strictly followed.

In such a situation, coordination became the focal point of the work. Not only for the work itself but also because the work was carried out during the peak of the COVID19 pandemic restrictions.
