The model presented here is a design for the construction of a new headquarters for CoBouw Polska Sp. z o. o. The building consists of a social and office part and a warehouse hall. A steel-framed canopy was designed at the main entrance of the building.
The structure of the office part is a column and beam system with monolithic and prefabricated ceilings and monolithic reinforced concrete walls. The main structure of the roof was designed in the form of steel beams and overhanging lattice girders, which are also the structure of the canopy. The roof covering is made of trapezoidal metal sheets supported on steel purlins. The conference room structure on the first floor consists of two lattice girders to which IPE-type steel beams are suspended. A monolithic slab was designed on the beams in a trapezoidal sheet metal formwork. Two skylights of 3x3m and 28x3m were designed on the building roof. The substructure for the skylights is made up of steel trusses.
The structural system of the warehouse consists of a single nave frame with prefabricated reinforced concrete columns fixed to the foundation and steel roof trusses articulated to the columns. A trapezoidal sheet metal roof is supported directly on cold formed purlins.
The main structure of the canopy over the entrance is designed as steel beams made of HEA-type wide-alloy rolled sections supported on steel columns of circular tube profile articulated with foundation feet. Steel canopy trusses were designed on the main HEA beams. Additional elements are provided between the trusses to allow the roof structure cladding to be installed.
