The project covers 4860 m² in a border location between Paraguay and Brazil. It consists of a spatial structure with supports every 18 meters, composed of a large number of standard pieces made from hollow circular section pipes. These pieces form a three-dimensional grid composed of eight identical bars, fully joined together by high-strength bolts.
A notable feature of these structures is their unique combination of strength and lightness. Their design allows for optimal distribution of external loads and corresponding support reactions.
The pieces' manufacturing process involves unitary and automatic control, including operations of cutting, crushing, and perforating the ends of the bars. Thanks to the lightweight nature of the elements and the assembly system entirely based on bolts, a quick installation is achieved, resulting in a prompt commissioning of the project.
