Development of the engineering and structural solutions for the project of the ethylene production complex EP-600 and steel structures were made by DATA-SPM. The project required many primary and secondary structural elements to be coordinated during the design.Â
The project was completed in a relatively short time. What's more, production/workshop drawings, installation drawings, data files for robotic production lines, and models were delivered to the customer.

The result was the avoidance of many conflicts and interferences during the fabrication and erection of steel structures.

Checks
During the design, all the connections were checked to ensure that they could support the loading. The structural elements were also checked and coordinated with the structural design engineers.
The high level of detail in the design accelerated the resolution of technical issues.
