This is a commercial 2000 seat capacity Theatre building built by composite material. Combination of RC & Steel. Steel consumed in this building is 1450 MT.

The steels are used in the following areas of the Theatre.
• Orchestra Pit steel,
• Speaker Pit steel
• Basement Lobby,
• Ground seat support.
• Mezzanine seat support
• 1st Balcony Level seat support
• 2nd Balcony Level seat support
• VIP Balcony Level seat support
• Cat walk steel support
• Cross Over Gallery
• Tech Gallery
• Roof Truss arrangement.
• Grand Stair Case steel support
• Triangular stair steel support

The Steel are coordinated with other Traders such as RC contractor, HVAC Contractor, Acoustic contractor, Architecture finish Contractor.
