Jackson Healthcare is a commercial building situated at Alpharetta, Georgia. The architect for this building is Rule Joy Trammel and the interior designer is Rubio llc. This structure consists of three buildings namely Amenity building, Office building and Parking deck. The total tonnage of this job is 890tons. The geometry of the amenity building makes this project as a landmark project in that area.Â
All the connections in this project are slip critical. Office building and parking deck are straight structure but amenity building is an oval structure with complex connections. The geometry made this project more complex as the connections and the details need to be adjusted as per the geometry of the structure.There are lot of rolled members in this project which were critical to design, detail, fabricate & erect.
Overall this project went well and the fabrication & erection completed very fast & the credit goes to all the companies involved in the execution of this project.
