This is an IT Park that can be used by technology companies. The building consists of 14 floors, each floor has a height of 3600mm and the total area of 1312 ft. (approx.)
The columns and beams of this building are made of steel which is easy to erect and is a time saver, and also provides extra support to the structure, enabling it to have a long life and withstand maximum weight that a concrete structure can withstand. The inner side of the building is hollow which facilitates natural lightening for the place.
The outside corners of the buildings are curved so that the air does not affect the structure of the building and it also gives an elegant look to the structure. The outside structure of the building is full of glazing with polarised glass which will restrict maximum sun rays falling inside the building and thereby reduce the building's temperature.
The open area which is located at the centre of the building can be used as a park or as a car park. Two elevators are provided in the building and the staircase columns are placed at an equal distance of 4000mm which is supported by a I shaped beam which is of height 300mm, web thickness of 15mm and flange thickness of 20mm and width of 300mm and is placed in the concrete footing of height 1500mm and width of 1500mm and placed 1500mm below the ground and which will be able to carry the whole weight of the structure. The total height of the building is about 50400mm. The total number of columns are 78.
This project is special because it uses the natural lightening which will reduce the power consumption during day time. The top view of the building is very attractive and will become a landmark for the area.
The building does not have enviromental impact as it runs on renewable resources.
