Vertical Cylindrical Heater - Furnace Steel Tekla Model - Part of In-house LSTK Project

Technip India is executing an on-shore gas processing facility for ONGC , Site located in Andhra Pradesh, EPC Contract on LSTK basist. As part of LSTK, there is a fired heater in the facility. The whole heater steel including starir, platforms, handrails & ladders , gratings modeled in Tekla and both assembly & shop drawings incl. procurement/ fabrication BOMs obtained from Tekla Model. Further the Tekla mdoel exported to PDS and integrated with complete unit model in PDS. The PDS model used for model review & clash check with connected piping, equipment, Electrical & Instrumentaion Items/Accessories. modelling & clash checks verification.
