Steel simple connection design (EN1993)

This video demonstrates the Tekla Tedds Steel simple connection design calculation to the Eurocode. The calculation checks the design of simple beam to beam, or beam to column, partial depth end plate, full depth end plate, or fin plate steel connections for shear and tying design forces. The calculation can automatically size the connection for the given beam sizes and is in accordance with EN1993 and the National annexes for the UK, Ireland, Singapore, Malaysia, Finland, Norway, Sweden or the recommended Eurocode values.
