BIM Execution Plan
Interestingly, the foundation of Landmark 81 project began not as a priority of BIM team until a project manager decided for the BIM teams to model the complex pile cap (56m x 56m x 8.4m) with
rebar details (Bottom – 22 layers D40 @150c/c and Top – 6 layers D32@150, with the middle comprised of anti-shear rebar and pipe for cold-water). By utilising BIM models, the site team was able to foresee obstacles in detailing and erecting rebars, and to communicate with the designers to revise design drawings in their proposal. This mass pour was done with 17,000 m3 concrete - a top record of Coteccons JSC thus far.
