As the consultant for this project, MTC Floating Solutions Sdn Bhd (MTCFS) designed the structure of the project with a focus on steel and reinforcement concrete.

The project site is in the vicinity of Fisheries Development Board of Malaysia Jetty. The factory is responsible for producing ice and supplies to the fisherman in the local places.

Tekla software was used in the Construction phase and Tekla model was used to visualize and communicate progress for detailing, production and construction.

The benefits of using Tekla in an AEC project includes being user-friendly, able to provide more details on design as well as knowing the clash detection. In addition, Tekla Structures allows the architect to visualize their design to structural design.
