This project done by students from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) is designed to be a hotel, spa and fitness centre. The entire area is 1088,02 square meter and comprises of three buildings.
Size of each building is as below:
         Building A has two floors, Height x Width x Length – 5.2m x 17.2m x 10.63m
         Building B has three floors, Height x Width x Length –13m x 10m x 18.10m
         Building C has three floors, Height x Width x Length – 18.47m x 19.31m x 20.8m
The structure is made of reinforced concrete, steel and steel reinforced concrete. Foundation type used is bearing foundation (individual footing and mat foundation).
The type and strength of the structure material:
Concrete : fck = 30Mpa
Reinforced bar DB40 (Fy=400MPa) and RB24 (Fy=240MPa)
