The West Superblock is a high-end commercial and retail complex which is part of the Bonifacio High Street located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines.
The project will have a residential and office building, a commercial complex and other amenities. MDC took charge of the designing and building services. MDC used construction technologies such as Trans-slab and Precast walls. The innovative buckling-restrained braces, post-tensioned slab, Gridflex and Multiflex formworks systems are being used for the construction of the project. Other innovations employed during the construction included BIM, Tekla and RIB software.
