Trimble Student Awards for Institute of Technical Education

At Trimble, we recognize talents and achievements and have been providing deserving students with the Trimble Student Study Award based on academic merits since 2018 with the mission of creating next-generation skilled professionals and industry influencers. 

On 5 March, nearly 140 students, lecturers and supporters gathered online to celebrate Trimble Student Study Award recipients at the annual awards ceremony. Although we were not able to gather in person as we traditionally do, we feel that it is important to celebrate the students’ accomplishments. Allyson McDuffie, Director, Education and Outreach Program from Trimble Solutions welcomed all in attendance.

During the session, Alfred Hng, Director, Services and Consulting from Trimble Solutions South East Asia did a sharing on the latest BIM technology developments with all. 

At the event, Trimble announced its 2021 recipients. This year, Trimble awarded 5 awards.

The award recipients had the opportunity to introduce themselves and share about their experience using Tekla including how it benefited the project team and company, their industry attachment experience as well as their thoughts on how BIM would affect the future of construction.
