Jack Trice Stadium Improvements Phase 3 bowls in the South End Zone. This work included replacement of the 2,918 south end zone bleacher seats and 6,000 hillside seats with 13,330 permanent upper and lower bowl seats. In addition to the seating, construction consisted of a 47,598 GSF two story club to serve 3,000 patrons. West of the lower level club is a 7,166 GSF kitchen which supports game day concessions, in addition to club and suite spaces. Above the club, a new end zone score board will match the north end score board. The exterior and hardscape of the south end zone consists of an open plaza entry, connected east and west concourses, and a loading dock for kitchen delivery service and back of house operations. Upon completion this month, Jack Trice Stadium became the 3rd largest Big 12 stadium with 61,000 seats.
