We successfully completed a challenging detailing project involving a bulk storage facility in Ocoee, Florida. The three-story building included climate-controlled storage spaces and a 2700 sq foot grocery store. Our involvement began as a rescue job, as the client had experienced issues with their previous detailing subcontractor's quality, leading to delays in the project schedule.
Our task was to rectify mistakes in the existing steel model, update it, model the remaining areas, and produce accurate shop drawings—all within a tight time frame of four weeks.
