2016 North American BIM Awards - Katz Residence

The Katz Residence was a unique and challenging project. It consists of 3 Casitas and a main structure. The design required rolled and sweeping beams with rolled and sweeping plates at the exterior of the building. The plates were rolled on the plan, and also changed in elevation. All plates throughout were sweeping. The steel ties into concrete, and has wood covering.
