DC Crossing Square 696

Square 696 is a 14-story, multi-family residential tower with elaborate amenity spaces and a landscaped roof. The project scope includes a two-level, below-grade parking garage, which features an amenity area on the first level below grade. The building envelope showcases curtain wall in the courtyards and precast with punch windows around the perimeter. The post-tensioned concrete structure will contain a total of 818 units and will be constructed in two phases. In Phase 1 of the project, We completed the eastern side of the residential tower, structure and skin of the western side of the residential tower, two levels of below-grade parking, site improvements, and landscaping. Phase 2 included the complete fit-out of the west residential tower, along with site improvements and landscaping.  We performed the cast-in-place concrete construction and the concrete schedule was 83 weeks.
