The three Bolgatanga bridges; Red Volta, Kulla, and White Volta, feature various spans and carriageway configurations. The use of Tekla Structures allowed for seamless coordination and integration of fixed and sliding bearings within the design, reducing the risk of clashes and ensuring smooth project delivery despite the distance between the UK and Ghana.

Challenges
The steel needed to be delivered in shipping containers from the UK to Ghana, which added a level of difficulty in terms of limited lengths, but also building lots in order to efficiently fill the containers effectively.
