Icarus LSF worked alongside West Drylining & Facades to Engineer and design the infill between a hot roll and concrete structure for a two-story Health Centre in the form of ‘stud and track’.
The new Health Centre was built next to the ageing Broadbridge Leisure Centre, which remained open throughout the Construction. The new built consists of, six-court sports hall, an 80 station health and fitness club, a group cycle studio and three fitness studios, a café and a sensory room. As this was a supply only project it was important that particular attention was paid to the phasing, bundling and labeling in accordance with a pre-agreed schedule.
