Harrow On the hill provides access for passengers using the train station (Multiple Platforms).
What were the challenges? Â
The challenges on this project were mainly down to the geometry. The steelwork had complex slopes and fall throughout the project which made it "tricky" when we had to model all of the folded cladding panels.
What are you most proud of about the project?
I'm proud of how this project turned out because it took a lot of involvement from all of the design team to make this project run smoothly.
What benefits utilizing BIM and Tekla software brought to the project?
The benefits of using Tekla software were just being able to share .ifc files or screenshots to enable the design team to understand any queries clearly. It really helps the design process to move along quickly.
