The Haymarket project comprises two 8-storey combined office and retail buildings, B4 and B5, with a unique steel frame solution for load transfer. The north-eastern façade features a Veirendeel truss, spanning approximately 20m over the Haymarket South Tunnel. The combined footprint covers an approximate area of 105m x 75m, and the installation of the truss required careful coordination and temporary works submissions.
