Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is a stadium that will serve as the home ground for Tottenham Hotspur in north London, replacing the club's previous stadium, White Hart Lane.
It has a capacity of 62,062, making it one of the largest stadiums in the Premier League and the largest club stadium in London.[4] It is designed to be a multi-purpose stadium and features the world's first dividing, retractable football pitch, which reveals a synthetic turf pitch underneath for NFL London Games, concerts and other events.
We at RCDS worked under Macrete Precast Engineering to provide a full precast BIM model for the stadium bowl. Including all terraces, raker beams, walls and stairs.
What benefits utilizing BIM and Tekla Software brought to the project.
Being able to pull all design items (drawings, IFC etc) together to be able to accurately model the stadium without error and on time has been the greatest success brought by using the Tekla Structure software, BIMsight and warehouse items.
